Using rapid heat-up overhead lighting, the contents are kept warm and crispy, whilst the perforated base plate minimises the chance of just-cooked fried food sitting in grease or fat. And as the base plate has a gentle slope, it’s effortless to access the contents with an appropriate scoop (sold separately).
