It measures the core temperature of your dish as it cooks, so you know exactly when it’s time to take it out – no more soggy bottoms! And when you’re done cooking, select the pyrolytic cleaning function and all the nasty dirt and grease will be turned to ash. Just wipe it clean with a damp cloth when it’s cooled, and you’re good to go again.
