This set of four rectangular placemats will add a splash of colour to your dinner table. Each one is made from a blend of naturally organic cork and plastics that have been rescued from the oceans. Someone’s lost flip flops could now be part of your new placemat!
LIGA’s Beach Clean range is made from ethically-sourced cork and recycled EVA plastics. The cork comes from Portugal, where it is harvested naturally without harming the cork oak tree. The cork continues to absorb carbon dioxide even after it is transformed into tableware.
These placemats are not heatproof, due to the use of EVA plastic. The recycled materials create different colours and patterns in each item – no two are the same.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
