Parry BMF6C/G Wet Well Bain Marie
The Parry Wet Well Bain Marie for use with either LPG or natural gas supplies.
There is no flue required for this machine.
The temperature control makes it easy and simple to keep food at the correct temperature.
With its Piezo ignition, there is no need for electricity.
This product has Natural gas jets included for conversion.
This product has a capacity for 6 x 1/4Gn pans which are not included.
Wet Well Bain Marie uses moist heat from humidifiers within the machine to release small amounts of moisture into the holding areas, this prevents the food from drying out without making it soggy. A Wet Well tends to heat up quicker but uses more energy than a Dry Well. A Wet Well Bain Marie is Ideal for vegetables and many other types of food.
