Monolith LeChef Fire Plate
The massive 5 mm steel fire plate with a diameter of 840 mm can easily be placed on top of the open Monolith LeCHEF grill. To regulate the heat use the dual-disc ventilation cap.
Before initial use: the Best results are achieved after oil has been burned into the plate.
