TURRBO STEAM COLD TOUCH
The S60 has the option to add a Manual Smart Steam Wand and TurboSteam Cold Touch Milk4. Its patented Turbosteam Technology can heat or froth any amount of milk, resulting in consistent and professional barista quality. This innovative feature allows the barista to multitask, reducing service times and increasing efficiency. Additionally, the automatic steam wand has the capability to be programmed for 4 distinct frothing and hot milk temperature recipes, producing a rich and creamy foam.
S60 is equipped with an embedded Wi-Fi module that ensures intuitive connectivity and access to the Internet of Things. PGS
The Cimbali-exclusive system enables automatic corrections for optimal and consistent coffee dispensing by constantly monitoring grinding and dosing parameters. The grinder-doser, connected to the machine via Bluetooth, automatically makes adjustments for changes in coffee load, machine wear, or other factors, eliminating the need for manual corrections by baristas using traditional machines.
Smart Boiler
Utilizing patented technology, this product optimizes boiler performance and maintains a constant maximum steam and water supply, ensuring high performance even during peak demand.
Turbomilk
Efficiently froth milk with the innovative milk system, available in the S range of super-automatic machines. Offers high cream quality, temperature regulation, and automatic dosage. Includes a cleaning system for hygiene and performance.
Telemetry
This technology allows for data communication and remote monitoring of the machine’s functions and performance via Wi-Fi. It can be used to analyze consumption and keep track of drink dispensing. The innovative Cup4You app by Gruppo Cimbali allows you to easily customize your coffee and cappuccino orders through your smartphone or tablet.
