Joseph Joseph presents their Bloom Folding Steamer, this clever basket design folds and expands to fit your pots and pans. The basket has self-adjusting sides and the fins and the feet are both made from heat-resistant silicone, the middle has a handle to enable you to lift the basket out safely with a fork. Should you use the basket with a lid, the minimum depth of the pan must be at least 10.5cm. A great steamer for all cooks kitchens.
