The black ceramic glass creates uniform heat across the entire top surface. The new design uses a modular system, so units can be placed side-by-side. This allows great flexibility in buffet areas. Each units glass surface is the size of a 1/1 GN food pan.
It has an electronic temperature control with five settings for 55, 65, 75, 85 and 95C and is constructed with a durable stainless steel housing which allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.
