There are two large ovens, one of which is gas and the other is a convection electric oven and grill. The third full oven and grill (taking the same size oven trays and racks as the main ovens) offer even greater performance and flexibility.
The traditional hob has a mix of open brass burners with a cast-iron enameled simmer plate. The simmer plate allows the cook to use several different size pans on the plate at the same time. By removing the centre disc of the plate you can have direct access to the 5kW burner for wok frying and large stock pots.
This is a workhorse of a cooker capable of prodigious output when needed, but with a fast-heating, small oven with grill when something smaller is required.

About the Brand
A foundry was established in the village of Lacanche, deep in the Burgundian countryside in France, over 200 years ago, and range cookers have been manufactured there by hand ever since, both for the commercial and domestic markets.
