Heavy duty 80 Litre bratt pan with a manually operated tilting pan operated by means of a hand-wheel with fold away handle
Heavy duty construction made from 1.2mm stainless steel, with a large pouring spout and a full width stainless steel lid handle. The pan is sprung loaded for light operation and you can even use 1.5mm thick lid for a work bench.
With a temperature range of 50 to 320 deg C and a safety cut out for overheat and cleaning this fryer is simple and robust. Capable of keeping up when demand is at its height.
